Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Processing time: 5–7 working days after receiving and approving the returned product.

• If the customer chooses exchange instead of refund, the new item will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected.

• In case of non-delivery due to courier issues or wrong address, refund/exchange will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
